Wayzata Community Church Summer Camp – Registration Information!

 

 

We are super excited to announce its time to get ready for WCC Summer Camp! We have a new location, and can’t wait for the opportunity to host you and your students.

Summer Camp 2019 Session Dates

  •  High School 1: June 8-14
  •  High School 2: June 21-27
  •  High School 3: July 15-21
  •  Middle School 1: June 15-20
  •  Middle School 2: June 28-July 3
  •  Middle School 3: July 9-14
  •  Children’s 1: July 5-8
  •  Children’s 2: July 22-25
  •  All Church Camp: July 27-30

Registration Information

  • Registration opens on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 7:00am for all Campers
  • All Camp sessions are limited to 64 campers with no waitlists. Please have a second choice in mind when registering for Camp.
  • Both new and returning Campers will be required to complete medical forms prior to registration for Camp (all of these forms can be completed at ANY time starting today on Camp Site, we encourage completion of these forms prior to registration on the 27th)
  • You can request up to 3 cabin mates and we will make great effort to accommodate at least one request.

Returning Campers from 2018

  1. Before Registration on January 27, 2019 – Return to your CampSite account and login (bookmark this site and save password for ease of registration)  https://wccregistration.campmanagement.com/campers

Three easy steps to do before Camp Registration Sunday

  1. Using the toolbar at the top of the page click on the word “Forms”

Complete all medical and standard forms for each Camper (this will eliminate this step during registration)

  1. Update/Add payment methods by clicking on the word “Financial” at the top of the screen
  2. Lastly, update any changed information in your account for you or your Campers by going to “My Account”

Registration Day (Sunday, January 27, 2019)

  1. Login to the site and check all completed forms prior to the 7:00 a.m.  
  2. Start time is 7:00am – Use the toolbar at the top of the page.  Click on the word “Enrollment” to start the registration process
  3. Select your Camper to begin registration and follow the steps through the system.

 

New WCC Summer Campers

Before Registration on January 27, 2019FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  1. Create CampSite account by following this link: https://wccregistration.campmanagement.com/enroll
  2. Enter all of your information to create an account
  3. Upon completion, you will receive an email to the account listed with your login information and temporary password
  4. Follow the link provided to enter your CampSite Account (bookmark this site and save password for ease of registration) –https://wccregistration.campmanagement.com/campers
  5. Using the toolbar at the top of the page click on the word “Forms”
  6. Complete all  Medical and Standard Forms for each Camper (this will eliminate this step during registration)
  7. Update/Add payment methods by clicking on the word “Financial” at the top of the screen
  8. Lastly update any changed information in your account for your campers by going to “My Account”

Important Reminders:

  • Make sure to have your insurance card ready for registration (you will be required to enter this information to register)
  • Have a debit or credit card ready for payment for the $100 down payment due upon Registration.
