Soul Sisters Moms Group
Sometimes, as mamas, our spiritual journey gets placed on the back burner for a time due to the craziness of mama living. Raechel Myers and the “She Reads Truth” community created a beautiful (& simple) way to continue our relationships with God with a “She Reads Truth” app and books. The Moms Podcast Club will be listening beforehand to “Don’t Mom Alone” episode 211: Help to Read Truth Every Day with Raechel Myers. (The podcast can be found in the Podcast App under “Don’t Mom Alone” or online at: https://dontmomalone.com/2018/
We’ll meet Monday, April 15th from 7:30- 9pm at Wayzata Community Church in the Care of You room (located in the gym) to chat about creating space in our mama lives for our loving God.

Thursdays, March 7, 14, 21 & 28, April 4 & 11

Compassion or Kripalu Yoga seeks to connect mind, body and soul, that combination that makes each one of us a miracle—a unique child of God. This practice offers the full range of centering, warm-ups, strength and flexibility through breathwork and asana (poses), with plenty of time for savasana (integration.) Modifications available to accommodate injuries and your individual body. Bring your own mat and blanket; props and/or bolster if you have them. Deb Lumendal is a certified 500 YRT instructor of Kripalu yoga. Yoga of compassion empowers people to realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga.
