Compassion or Kripalu Yoga seeks to connect mind, body and soul, that combination that makes each one of us a miracle—a unique child of God. This practice offers the full range of centering, warm-ups, strength and flexibility through breathwork and asana (poses), with plenty of time for savasana (integration). Modifications available to accommodate injuries and your individual body.

Also, if you can’t make it right at 5:30 p.m. due to scheduling, feel free to pop in and join when you can. Bring your own mat and blanket; props and/or bolster if you have them.

About the instructor: Deb Lumendal is a certified 500 YRT instructor of Kripalu yoga. This yoga of compassion empowers people to realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga.
