Summer Worship on Wednesday on the front lawn begins June 15! Join us for the kick-off with Sounds of Blackness as our music guests. Pack a picnic dinner or grab a hot dog off the grill at 6 p.m. Worship begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by more music and fellowship. We will enjoy delicious Adele’s Frozen Custard at every WoW service this summer. Friendly dogs are welcome!

June 15: Sounds of Blackness
Sounds of Blackness is a Grammy Award-winning vocal and instrumental ensemble from the Twin Cities who perform music from several genres music including gospel, R&B, soul, and jazz under the direction of Gary Dennis Hines. “We Give Thanks and Praise To God For All Things and Everyone.”
June 22: Two Girls and a Boyd
Come and hear Mary Jane Alm and Aimee Lee, vocals, Boyd Lee, guitar/vocals, with Richard Kriehn from A Prairie Home Companion on mandolin. Three acclaimed vocalists and classic tunes performed with luminous vocal harmonies and irrepressible charm.
June 29: Billy McLaughlin
Billy McLaughlin is known as an innovative performer and composer who embraces the advantages of acoustic guitar amplification, unorthodox techniques and altered tunings while celebrating a gift for melody. His enormous yet fluid acoustic guitar tone has carried him around the world.
July 6: Ipso Facto
This rock-style reggae band was formed in 1986 by three brothers: Wain, Juju, and Greg McFarlane. Raised in Worthington, Minn., by a Jamaican father who loved reggae and an African-American mother who loved gospel, the siblings sewed their influences into a danceable pop hybrid, and toured with everyone from UB40 to Tracy Chapman. They’re back to rock the front lawn!
July 13: Jeff Dayton
From the White House to the Grand Ole Opry, Jeff has been playing guitar and performing all his life. His hometown roots in Minnesota and years in Arizona earned him a the job of bandleader with Hall of Fame artist Glen Campbell, and has backed artists like Vince Gill, Buck Owens, Bo Diddley, Toby Keith and many more. Jeff lives in Nashville, and is a music producer, songwriter, session guitarist, recording artist and educator.
July 20: Michael Monroe
Michael’s unique creation of music leaves his audiences mesmerized as he blends his rich vocals, guitar, bamboo and glass flutes, combining musical styles of acoustic folk and jazzy reggae. Michael’s original music and compelling energy bring a powerful style that is as much fun as it is innovative…music and technology working together powered by creativity. His soulful performance delights and inspires.
July 27: Adult and Teen Challenge Choir
The MnTC choir ministers to a wide variety of churches in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Through powerful music and honest testimonies, their goal is to be a blessing to congregations, sharing God’s healing power in their lives and helping others see that with Him, they too, can overcome their struggles with addiction.
