Director of Chancel Choir (0.75 FTE/E)
Wayzata Community Church is seeking a Director of Chancel Choir. The DIRECTOR OF CHANCEL CHOIR will craft meaningful, weekly, traditional worship music programs that align with sermon themes and liturgical seasons. They will direct all aspects of the Chancel Choir program which includes four paid section leaders. The Director of Chancel Choir will be an integral member of the Worship team. They will work in collaboration with clergy to develop, nurture, and grow Traditional Music Ministries at Wayzata Community Church.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience
• A faith-anchored life and willingness to embrace and support the relational ministry model of Wayzata Community Church.
• Bachelor’s Degree in church music, music performance or music education or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading traditional choral music ensembles.
• Knowledge and appreciation of church music, both traditional and contemporary.
• Experience in selecting music that aligns with the worship service planning, lessons, and messages.
• Ability to positively lead and collaborate with church musicians and volunteers.
• Ability to learn and use technology to support worship planning and remote or in-person worship with music.
Salary: 35,000 – $55,000/yr (depending on qualifications). Competitive benefits package which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plan with matching employer contribution, and paid time off.

Toddler Teacher – Full Time & Part Time

Preferred Qualifications:
-BA or BS in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or early childhood special education
-Previous work experience specific to early childhood
-Experience in curriculum development
-Experience in NAEYC-accredited program
Salary: competitive wages based on education and experience
Expected hours: 20-30 per week
