We’ll start with open gym each week then head into a faith filled fun lesson. Here’s what we’re doing over the next two weeks:
May 26-Memorial Sunday. We’ll be creating memorial stones and planting sunflowers to remind us of the good that God has dome in our lives. Bible Story-Joshua 4
June 2-Movie Sunday! We’ll watch a Veggie tale movie: Who is my Neighbor? Where we’ll remind ourselves of the Parable of the Good Samaritan. We’ll end with discussion and free time in the gym.
Join us on the front lawn this summer— for great music, food, fellowship, and message! Enjoy a delicious picnic dinner— food will be available for purchase each week, or bring your own. Kids can spend time in a safe, supervised play area with a bouncy house, arts & crafts, and games. All are welcome… bring your dogs!

June 12: Daisy Dillman Band
The Daisy Dillman Band— beloved country rockers from the ‘70s & ‘80s— are back with fresh new songs and the classics you’ve loved for years! The Target Field Food Truck will be in the parking lot serving your favorite ballpark fare, and cool vintage cars will be on display. We’ll also be serving pizza by the slice. Our Interfaith Speaker will follow M+M in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m. with Ted O’Toole, Understanding Buddhism.
June 19: Power Tap with Charles Lazarus
Power Tap brings the varied backgrounds of amazingly versatile musicians —country, rock, jazz, musical theater and gospel. You’ll hear every decade & artist from Bruno Mars to Johnny Cash— along with special guest, Charles Lazarus on trumpet! We’ll be serving Chef Jeff’s famous Pulled Pork sandwiches, and a Wayzata firetruck will be on hand for kids to explore. Our Interfaith Speaker will follow M+M in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m. with Bussho Lahn, Zen Buddhism in Minnesota.
June 26: The Michael Shynes Band
We welcome Michael Shynes to M+M this summer! Blending multiple genres over an acoustic and full band, Michael’s lyrical voice and songs are fresh, soulful and capitivating. Enjoy burgers on the grill, served with all the fixings! Our Interfaith Speaker will follow M+M in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m. with Susan Stabile, Buddhism & Christianity.
July 10: Keri Noble
Inspired by the vocals of Joni Mitchell, incredible singer/songwriter Keri Noble sings from the heart with passion and conviction and a rich, expressive range. Bring your beloved pets for a Blessing of the Animals! The Target Field Food Truck will be in the parking lot serving favorite baseball fare, and we’ll also be serving pizza by the slice.
July 17: The Belfast Cowboys
The Belfast Cowboys specialize in the music of Van Morrison, powered by a four-piece horn section for an evening of incredible music! Enjoy hot dogs on the grill, served by the Boy Scouts. AND, it’s Mission Night at M+M — we’ll be assembling and packing 1,000 sandwiches for The Sandwich Project MN, a local organization that’s helping to feed about 4,500 people each week through various shelters and food shelves. Get ready for an inspiring evening of celebrating and serving!
July 24: Fred Steele & Friends
Fred Steele’s amazing Gospel voice is familiar worldwide. He developed his soul and style growing up in the musical Steele family, and he’s recorded many spirituals and gospel songs. We will welcome new members this evening, and we’ll be serving Chef Jeff’s famous Pulled Pork sandwiches. Join us for this fabulous finale of M+M!
